We are looking for a Principal Web Developer to work on a part-time basis (T&M).
Approximate involvement is 60-100 hours per month.
Main responsibilities:
— Lead the development of high-quality web applications, ensuring best practices and modern standards.
— Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
— Guide and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and technical assessments.
— Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
— Oversee API development and third-party integrations.
— Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
— Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.
— Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
